Nomuki is an indie folk artist and songwriter from Mongolia. Her music career started when she was nineteen and started to write her first album singles “Starry Eyes’ in 2018, and ‘Your name’ in 2019. Nomuki’s first album which named ‘Nomuki’ has nine songs on limited vinyls. The ‘Nomuki’ album is based more indie pop genre and included the personal experiences she learnt from the life. She usually collaborated with international artists, painters and illustrators on her album cover and the artwork.Her music inspiration came from old 80’s and 90’s indie folk bands then she really wanted to connect her music with Literature and famous novels. She is also a writer who run her own personal blog and post her daily poems, when English literature became a part of her soul, her imagination went wild and decided to create more storytelling project called ‘Eyelid’ poetry book in 2023, and the second folk album called “Evelyn’ in 2023. ‘Evelyn’ which is her second album more focused on our mental health and human relationship between the earlier age and the new version of our bodies and souls. She strongly believes and follow the quote that "After rain the good weather." The good weather is how she sees the music and itself make others happier and free. ‘Forms are beautiful, the perfect being is beautiful, and among these forms, the form of good is the most beautiful'. She is a huge fan of Plato and his philosophy of art and nature. Therefore to Nomuki, the form of good is the beauty of the music and the poetry. You can sense it from her artworks, lyrics and poems as well.
